Return, Excahnge & Return Policy

• We accept returns and exchanges only for damaged or wrong items, within 5 days of receiving the order.
• The customer has to send clear pictures of the damaged or wrong books as proof.
• For exchanges, ARVO pays the shipping cost.
• Refunds for online (card) payments are processed within 15 to 20 days.
